If You Can Think It, You Can Have It

If you can THINK it, you can have it. You can be it. You can do it. It is LAW.  The law of attraction is a powerful law and it operates consistently and without fail. It states that whatever you think about you receive. It does not matter what you are thinking about, you are attracting it.

This means whether you think about what you want or what you DON’T want you are attracting it.

So whatever you give your attention to you receive. Do you realize how amazing this is? This means that you choose what comes into your own experience. This means if you want something all you need to do is ask, or give it your attention.

So why do so many people live lives full of things they don’t want? Well because they give their attention to things that feel bad or that they do not want for prolonged periods of time. They tell stories about people doing them wrong, loss, when someone hurt them, how life isn’t fair, that they are a victim, etc. And although these things may be true, telling the story over and over ensures it keeps happening, sometimes in the same way and sometimes just masked by different people and events but with the same core story.

So it is really your beliefs that hold you apart from your own desires. You have a lot of beliefs that serve you, but many that do not as well. A belief is just a thought you keep thinking. So once you notice something in your life that you do not want to repeat, you can consciously stop telling that particular story. This takes time, it takes practice and it takes consciousness of your emotions. It also means taking responsibility for your own life. It means consciously deciding right now to create your life instead of living by default.

Many people try to go back into the past and try and figure out how they attracted various negative experiences, but this is wasted time and effort. Just start right now. Start telling better stories. Start consciously giving your attention to what you want to experience and know that talking about what you do not want is the same as saying I do want it in an attraction-based universe.
