Are you ready to learn how to easily change how you feel? The quality of your emotions determines the quality of your life. Think about it, if you spend much of your time feeling happy, passionate, excited, peaceful, confident and loving you can bet you will describe your life as an extraordinary life. On the flip side, if you spend a lot of time feeling insecure, jealous, powerless, angry, depressed or bored you probably would describe your life as not so great. You might think that it is the circumstances that are responsible for how you feel, but what if it is the quality of your emotions that determine what you experience. Think about it, have you ever been in a really great mood even when you weren’t doing anything crazy or your circumstances hadn’t really changed? How did your life feel? What does this mean? When you deliberately change how you feel, you will change your life. You will change anything and everything that comes into your experience, as well as how you feel in it. You will experience all sorts of wonderful things that you didn’t have access to when you were living in lower emotional states. Things that you have been wanting will begin flowing into your experience easily. You will meet the most wonderful people and experience different sides of people that you already know. All the experiences you have ever wanted to have and all your dreams, even the ones you’ve forgotten, will start flowing to you again in your mind. You will begin to take new action and the results the action produces will also change and be much more productive. The path towards all the things you want will feel good because you feel good.

How do you change how you feel?

In order to change how you feel you must believe you are in charge of your emotions and you must believe that emotions are unconditional. You have to be able to focus on what easily feels good to you right now until feeling good is normal to you. There are so many things, experiences, people and stories you could focus on, but you must focus on the ones that feel good.

Your emotion is feedback from your higher self. Understand how to utilize your emotional guidance system and you will be able to quickly move past less desirable states and know more about yourself because of it. Whenever you feel negative emotion it is in an indicator that what you are thinking is NOT in line with what you really want and who you really are. You only need to stay in negative emotion long enough to know that and then move past it. Change what you BELIEVE.

Not only do you have to believe you are in charge of how you feel, you also must believe you deserve to feel good. No matter what has happened, what you have experienced, what you believe you have done or not done, what anyone else is doing or has done, you deserve to be happy. You deserve to feel really good and to live out all of your dreams. You must know you are not responsible for how anyone else feels or for what they experience. Create for you, whatever that uniquely means to and for you.

So what makes you happy when you think about? Start there. Just start intentionally putting yourself into a good mood and over time watch how easy it becomes to just feel good because.

  • Find something within yourself to appreciate.
  • Focus on thoughts that easily feel good, this could be memories or things you have or want to do.
  • Spend more time doing things that make you happy. What activities put you in a positive state?
  • Make lists of positive aspects in people, yourself and the world that you want more of. Read it and practice it often.
  • Take action when it is inspired and feels good.
  • Know you can change your mood with a shift in focus.
  • You can have, be or do anything.
  • Nothing that has ever happened has to have anything to do with right now.
  • You are the creator of your life.
  • Emotion is guidance. When you feel bad, you are creating something you do not want
  • You create what you think about, and your emotions are the indicator that tells you whether you are creating what you want or what you do not want.
