End Your Weight Loss Struggle For Good!

Why can’t I lose weight?

It’s because you don’t have the mentality of someone who weighs less or who is fit and healthy.

Let me ask you something. Do you know what you’re supposed to do? Do you do it? Do you know what healthy foods are? Do you eat them?

I hear, well I don’t know what to eat. You can search google and find meal plans for weeks at a time already created. You can hire someone to plan it, to cook it, but you can’t hire someone to stop making excuses for you. Be honest with yourself. Do you really want it? Most people say they want it. They wish it. But they don’t really want it.

Have you really decided you HAVE to lose the weight and get fit? When was last time you wouldn’t let yourself fail? When was the last time you didn’t let the excuses take over?

So I ask you again…do you really want it?

Will you do what it takes? Will you work? Will you choose the right foods? Will you take the time to learn what healthy foods are? Will you direct your own mind? Will you change your mindset to one that suits a fit person? You have to tell yourself you are doing it this time. You have to decide without wavering that this is happening.

So how do fit people think? Think like that. There is a list of some of the ways fit people think at the bottom of this post. Read these daily. Let your mindset begin shifting and watch what happens.

Without the mindset you won’t be able to maintain your new lifestyle. Old habits and ways of thinking will creep in and sabotage yur efforts. THIS IS THE KEY!!!!!! You can not maintain the change without a mindset change! HEAR IT AGAIN! This is all that stops you. This is it.

Change your mindset, get a plan, and GO!

So the second part is get a plan. Do you have an end goal? Do you know what you want to look like? What you want to feel like?

Without a vision you won’t know what action to take. The body of someone who runs marathons is incredibly different from the body of a weightlifter. A bodybuilder has a different physique than a cross-fitter. Someone who does yoga looks different than someone who walks. What is your vision? Look for people who have achieved what you want to achieve and follow their plan. Find people who have done it, not people who talk about it! Find the people who look like you want to look. Find people who are healthy. Find people who love the process and copy them! This is how you start. This is how you look a certain way.

If you follow a million people on Instagram and try a little of this, a little of that, you may not reach your potential and you will get confused in the process. Over time you can begin adding in different things based on the results you’re getting and looking for. But for just a little while follow a single, simple plan based on RESULTS!

If the person hasn’t figured it out for themselves, how can they help you? Look for results! And GO!

Have a vision! Have a plan! And execute it!

Do the best you can do today. And guess what? Tomorrow will be a little better. Then, do your best again. A healthy lifestyle is a one day-at-a-time process. And it never ends.

Do you think like a fit person?

Read some of these examples and check off how many apply to you currently. If you barely check any off you know why you can’t keep the weight off.

-I will workout today no matter what.

-I know exactly what to eat.

-I always plan out my meals. No excuses.

-I love what exercising does for my body. I look forward to it!

-I have a vision of what I want to look like.

-If I get stuck, I can find articles or new diet tips to try, or hire someone to help. But there is always a way.

-I can learn what works best for me and my goals.

-I will do this.

-I keep getting better.

-It’s okay to eat foods that aren’t on my daily menu once in a while, but overall I follow a very balanced diet. Everything in moderation.

-There is a science, a strategy to fitness.

-If I slip up I can get right back. I won’t give up.

You got this!
