What You Believe You Deserve

believe you deserve

Your life is a reflection of what you BELIEVE you deserve.

If you feel confined by what is coming into your life, change what YOU believe you deserve.

Take note of what you tolerate. Question whether this is really YOUR belief or one you assimilated into.

Raise your standards for yourself.

Let your standards be a reflection of YOU and YOUR boundless dreams and desires.

Accept the temporary discomfort that accompanies the shift.

Thrive 🤘🏼💞💪🏼

A barely 30 year old me vs. an almost 40 year old me.

On the left, no real clue what self care was, living life with low standards as far as what I deserve for myself, giving to the point of depletion, hiding my real self both emotionally and in how I presented myself physically, shying away from anything that could bring on attention and feeling responsible for other peoples insecurities.

I thought if I hid myself, stayed smaller, didn’t shine too bright, other people would feel better and be kinder.

On the right, raised standards.

Prioritizing myself ✔️

Allowing my physical self to reflect my inner self ✔️

Expressing my own style…for me✔️

Caring about how I feel ✔️

Believing in my own abilities ✔️

Boundaries are my jam ✔️

Workin my ass off and loving it ✔️

If you are ready to raise your standards, set up a call.

  1. Almost all of what you mention is supprisingly precise and that makes me wonder why I hadn’t looked at this with this light previously. Your article truly did switch the light on for me personally as far as this subject goes. However at this time there is one position I am not necessarily too cozy with and while I attempt to reconcile that with the actual central idea of your position, permit me observe just what the rest of your subscribers have to say.Nicely done.
