    The Single Session is a 1-hour over-the-phone life coaching session with Dana as your personal coach. What you can expect from The Single Session:

    Freedom: The Single Session allows you the freedom to schedule a life coaching session when you really want or need it. This is the best option for those who do a good amount of work on their own and crave additional insight from time to time.

    Specific Direction: If you have a very specific problem that needs attention and are finding it difficult to create or implement a solution, the Single Session is a powerful tool. Sometimes all you need is an objective source, coming from a solution oriented place, to see the problem differently.

    Building Blocks: The Single Session gives you a taste of what The Power Session entails or can be a transition into The Monthly Package, giving you long-term results. Build and customize your life coaching to what you personally need.

  • The Power Session

    The Power Session is a 2 1/2-hour over-the-phone life coaching session with Dana as your personal coach. What you can expect from The Power Session:

    Clarity: The Power Session provides ultimate clarity. I meet you where you are, mentally and emotionally, and from there we work towards where it is you would like to be.

    A Plan: The Power Session not only allows you to get clear about who you are and where you want to go, but together we will create a concrete plan of how to get you there.

    Opportunity: With all of the tools I provide in The Power Session, you will have the opportunity to move forward with new knowledge and insight about yourself and your life, or transition to the Monthly Package for additional coaching to continue building upon our work.

  • The Monthly Package

    The Monthly Package includes 4 1-hour over-the-phone life coaching session with Dana as your personal coach. What you can expect from The Monthly Package: 

    Accountability: With The Monthly Package, you are making a commitment to yourself. Once a week, for 4 weeks, we will meet to keep you on track and hold you accountable. This allows you to see the benefits that occur after just one short month. It also ensures you are doing the work you need to in order to get where you want to be.

    Connection and Relationship: 4 coaching sessions in The Monthly Package allows you to get truly comfortable with Dana so that effective coaching can take place. The more you trust the coaching relationship, the greater the results. Within one month of coaching with Dana, a genuine relationship will form, which provides a strong foundation for your work, but also in other relationships in your life. From there, it only continues to get better.

    Long-term Results: With The Monthly Package you will begin to see the massive changes life coaching can bring to your life. This package is for those who do not want just a quick fix, but to start making true lifestyle changes for a better life.
