According to Tony Robbins there are 10 power emotions. These are the emotions that will help you feel better immediately. If you want an amazing quality of life make sure you spend most of your time here. Use these emotions to bring abundance and¬†fulfillment to your life. Power emotions are stronger than negative emotions so use them to change your state when you’re feeling bad.

  • Love and Warmth
  • Curiosity
  • Flexibility
  • Confidence
  • Cheerfulness
  • Vitality
  • Sense of Contribution


Look at this list and come up with one or two ways you can feel these emotions in order to start feeling better immediately. For example, lifting weights could bring a sense of vitality. Writing in a daily¬†gratitude journal could cultivate gratitude. Sending a romantic message to your partner or placing an I Love You note in your child’s lunch could cultivate love and warmth. Find a way to reach each power emotion daily.
