Why You Are Stuck and How to Move Forward

Have you ever wanted to do something, or not do something, but you felt stuck? Like you just couldn’t take action? Like something is stuck between your desire and your action?

Well there is. Its called your blueprints. These blueprints are belief systems you have created that determine what you do in order to meet the six human needs.

In order to explain this you must first understand the 6 human needs. Tony Robbins determined that there are 6 human needs that must be met in every individual. Now you must understand that you can go about meeting these needs in positive ways (that take you where you want to go) or in negative ways (that are detrimental). But you will meet them.

What are these 6 needs?

  1. Certainty
  2. Uncertainty
  3. Love and Connection
  4. Significance
  5. Contribution
  6. Growth

We all find ways to meet these needs, and we do it based on our unique blueprints or belief systems about how to meet these needs. Some of these blueprints are working for you and have and continue to serve you well. Others are not. If there is something you want and you feel stuck, you can bet it’s your blueprint.

Identifying which human needs you value most is also an important step in uncovering why you do what you do. This hierarchy drives you and every decision you make and action you take. Identifying what needs you value most and how you meet these needs is key in changing behavior. When you know how you meet these needs, you can consciously change your blueprint to match who you are and where you are now.

If there is something you want, someone you want to be, something you want to achieve, it is always possible. If you don’t think it is, you need to change your belief system and unlock your power. You can have, be or do anything!!!!!
