You deserve to feel good, you deserve to have what you want, you deserve to have your needs met, you deserve love and support, clarity and solutions. You deserve to live all of your dreams. Ultimately you deserve a life that feels really great to you.
How do you get from where you are to a place where you are allowing yourself to live happily? Below are 5 tips to happily living your Dream Life.
1. Check in with yourself first.
Before you respond to anyone, stop and ask yourself, “In this moment what do I want?” It is easy to do things from a place of obligation, habit, based on old goals or expired values. Always ask yourself before responding to someone, “What do I want now?” “Do I want to give what is being asked,?” “Do I want to say yes or no, do I want to spend the money, do I want to participate?” Check in with yourself about what you really want in any given moment to ensure that you stay on track. It ensures you will make your own emotions your priority, ultimately resulting in a happy and authentic life.
2. Know what makes you happy.
Make a list of what makes you happy, of what allows you to be your best self. How often are you really allowing yourself to be happy? How often are you intentionally doing what you love? Are you spending time with people who feel really good, saying yes to what you know brings you joy? You are the creator of your life and therefore you get to choose how you spend your time and energy. This means intentionally choosing your emotions. It is time to intentionally bring happiness into your life in the amounts that you desire. You can be as happy as you choose to be. Plain and simple.
3. Know what you want.
How can you possibly know what to do or not do if you don’t know what you want in the first place? Are you moving through life intentionally? Are you letting outside influences dictate what happens or does not happen for you? You get to choose what you want to experience in your life. Be deliberate. Write out your goals; what do you want in life? You will be amazed how easy it is to navigate through life when you know what you are aiming for.
Choose to live your life intentionally by knowing what it is you want in every area. This can include in your health and fitness, relationships, career, wealth, environment, fun, personal development, or emotional health. 4. Believe in yourself.
You are the only one who can both allow and/or prevent yourself from what you want. You have all of the power to live the life of your dreams within yourself already. No one can grant you permission to live the way you desire but you. If you don’t believe in yourself, no one can get you to your dreams and goals. Believing in yourself means that you know you have the ability to follow through on inspired action that will ultimately allow you to live your life as you desire. You have what it takes, you simply have to believe in yourself and believe that there is nothing you cannot be or do or have. You are amazing. You can have, be, and do anything you choose. You deserve to feel confident in yourself.
5. Know you are deserving.
Know you deserve everything and anything that you want. You don’t have to sacrifice any parts of yourself in order to live a happy life. You are deserving simply because. You are worthy already. You don’t have to give up any parts of yourself, do something for someone else first, gain approval, receive forgiveness, wait a certain amount of time first, or prove anything to anyone. You deserve what you are asking for and you deserve it now. YOU simply need to believe that this is true. If you look around people are doing all kinds of different things and believing all different things and still living the lives they wish. There is no one-size-fits-all set of behaviors that will result in an abundant life, it is simply that those who do live happily believe they deserve to.
You get to be happy. You get to live your Dream Life. You can deliberately choose your life. It’s time.
