The engagement
The Strategic Clarity Session is one private, focused engagement with Dana Gatto lasting 90 minutes. The $2,500 fee includes the pre-session Strategic Reflection, one copy of The Standard, a fresh Field Guide, and the Clarity Session itself. Any future Intensive or Private Advisory relationship is a separate engagement and fee.
Payment & scheduling
Payment is due in full at purchase. After purchase, you will receive instructions to schedule your Clarity Session through a private scheduling link. Your Intensive must be scheduled and used within 90 days of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Rescheduling, cancellation & no-shows
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed sessions, may result in forfeiture of the Clarity Session and fee. Genuine emergencies will be handled reasonably and individually.
If Dana needs to reschedule, you will be offered a new date. If a mutually workable replacement date cannot be found, the Clarity Session fee will be refunded.
Refunds
Because time is reserved specifically for you and materials and preparation begin after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Dana is unable to provide the engagement as described.
Format & participation
The location or virtual format for your Clarity Session will be confirmed when scheduling. You are responsible for arriving on time and, for virtual sessions, having a private setting and reliable internet connection.
No guaranteed outcome
The Intensive provides strategic thinking, reflection, perspective, and decision support. Results depend on many factors, including your choices and implementation. No specific business, financial, professional, personal, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed. The Intensive is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or mental-health advice.
Confidentiality
Your Strategic Reflection and the substance of our private work will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or you authorize disclosure.
Intellectual property
The Standard, the Field Guide, written materials, frameworks, prompts, and other materials provided as part of the Clarity Session are for your personal use. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, published, sold, or used to create derivative commercial materials without written permission.
Agreement
By purchasing the Strategic Clarity Session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
