Feeling Good is the Key

Feeling good is natural.

So much of my life was spent anxious.

And I had no idea why.

Until I learned that anxiety is fear and it comes from beliefs.

These beliefs can come from the past, traumas, conditioned beliefs, what you see, hear, and are told…and eventually what your own mind repeats over and over.

It wasn’t until I decided that I would no longer tolerate negative emotion that I was able to work through what was creating these emotions.

We are taught to tolerate negative emotion by so many people, society, and honestly anyone and everyone who really doesn’t understand that life is supposed to be good and feel good.

You are not supposed to stay in negative emotion.

That it is simply there to guide you into thinking better?

If you think about it…where have you been taught it is normal to tolerate feeling anxious, uncomfortable, small, angry, sad, bored, guilty, afraid, etc?

Where have you learned “coping” mechanisms?

To “push” through?

How often did people use fear, shame, and guilt to control your behavior?

Have you learned worrying, complaining, judging, or criticizing is productive?

How often were your emotions dismissed and so you simply buried them and they just got stronger and stronger?

How often do you use a substance or social media, or some other outside thing to ignore your feelings instead of dealing with them and permanently changing them?

This is something I need you to understand…

The message I want everyone to hear loud and clear…

You are not supposed to feel bad…you are supposed to feel really, really good.

If you’ve been tolerating negative emotions you haven’t done anything wrong…you simply haven’t been taught the truth.

You simply haven’t learned how to feel emotion, understand it, and replace beliefs.

If you have goals for yourself I can guarantee that how you feel about the goal and your ability to have it is a direct match to how you feel about it when you pay attention.

I can guarantee that you are living as authentically as your emotional setpoints.

And I can guarantee that no matter how successful you are if you don’t feel good, you don’t feel very successful. In fact you’re probably chasing, anxious, and fearful instead of peacefully enjoying the ride.
