From Highs and Lows, All-In or All-Out to Consistency.
I tirelessly hit the gym…every day.
I eat purposefully on plan…every day.
I genuinely laugh…every day.
I focus meticulously on my priorities…every day.
I spend time attentively listening to people…every day.
I’m the same approachable me.
Everywhere I go and with everyone I know.
I eagerly learn every day.
I know precisely what I want and I securely go for it even when it’s not working right away.
How did this happen?
A key focus on consistency.
How did the consistency happen?
Acknowledging and understanding what was creating the self-sabotage in my own mind.
Getting comfortable with consistency meant letting go of highs and lows, ups and downs, all-in or all-out.
Something I had gotten comfortable with.
Consistency is CREATED.
Success is mindset.
A learned mindset.
Something I’ve had and let go of many times.
That is until I understood the power of emotional consistency and how to feel it well, consistently .
When your thoughts are inconsistent, your emotions are inconsistent.
When your emotions are inconsistent, your behavior is inconsistent.
This is true for every subject in your life.
When you’re comfortable with emotional inconsistency, becoming consistent is hard as hell.
Handle the scattered thoughts, handle the turbulent emotions, experience radical consistency.
If you are ready to handle those beliefs and emotions rapidly, I’ve got you.

The pic on the left is me in January 2020. Inconsistent emotions were my jam. Inconsistent emotions meant inconsistent eating, inconsistent workouts, inconsistent happiness, inconsistent solutions to problems. The pic on the right is me today. Consistent emotions, consistent focus, consistent goals, consistent understanding, running my dream business, living my ideal day…consistent .
