Emotional blueprints

We tolerate certain negative emotions more than others.

I call these emotional blueprints.

Each person is different.

And it depends on our belief system, what we were taught was normal or to expect, how people around us made us feel when we were younger…

We become so used to these emotions…

We create “rules” for how often we should feel good and even when we don’t like it, we tend to repeat experience what we are used to, or our set-points.

Being around people feels like this…

Friends are like this…

Men are like this…

Women are like this…

Work feels like this…

Relationships feel like this…

This is some of my favorite work. Limiting belief work and emotional blueprints.

When you start to notice your emotional patterns, when you change them to feel better…

You change how you think…how you live.

Feeling good is natural.

Thinking positively is natural.

Having what you want is natural.

Anything other than this is conditioned limits…emotional blueprints…and those can be de-conditioned.

When what you experience is created by your beliefs…and more specifically by your emotions…and that is what you change to change your life.

This is what we do.
