Why do you do what you do?
I love this question.
I love uncovering the answers.
I love unearthing what’s true to you and what you’re doing because you think you’re supposed to, or what you’re not doing because you learned some nonsense about why you can’t.
And I love when you’re able to step into your truth and do what you want to do.
What you’re calling yourself to do.
We all have blueprints that we follow.
Some of these blueprints work very well, and some are not actually true for us.
They can create limits and behaviors that aren’t in line with who we really are and what we want.
You have a money blueprint.
You have relationship blueprints.
You have blueprints as to your value and worth.
How you see yourself in the world.
What you focus on.
And so much more.
Everything we live is about the way we think and feel.
And as you ask the question…”Why do I do what I do?”…These blueprints become more clear.
Changing what needs to be changed becomes easier.
Living what you want and what you’re meant to live becomes your reality.
You are always just a belief away from relief.
From feeling like what you want is possible for you.
If you’re willing to think differently…you can live differently.
You can have whatever it is you want.
The work is in understanding your own patterns of thinking and asking yourself, why do I do what I do…
And shifting that to match what you truly want for yourself and from life.
XO,
Dana
